Bioinnovit's founder is Giovan Battista Cozzone, a life sciences entrepreneur with over 25 years of biotechnology investing, management and technology transfer experience. 

Bioinnovit fulfills a stringent need for efficient and skilled technology transfer services in the Life Sciences community, especially in Public Research Organizations where scientists, if left on their own, find little or no incentive in protecting intellectual property. The result is a loss for the system as a whole since unprotected IP become valueless and goes to waste.

An efficient and skilled technology transfer service can assist scientists and Public Research Organizations avoid such a waste and turn innovation into sources of income and new jobs.
