R&D Collaborations
R&D Collaborations, such as collaborative and sponsored research, are the most frequent way by which industry and scientists work together in mutually beneficial ways. The LSX and the OTTO were conceived to facilitate research partnerships.
Collaborative research projects allow scientists and industry to share human resources, equipment, facilities and research capabilities for mutual benefit. The collaboration often leads also to public funding of research projects.
Sponsored research allows companies to develop close relationships with brilliant scientists and to have priviledged access to their innovation and to enter new fields without investments in infrastructure.
Negotiating and establishing R&D Collaborations require professional technology transfer specialists skilled at working with industry to match the needs of both academic scientists and their industrial partners.
If your Institution does not have a Technology Transfer Office or a technology transfer specialist, we can help it set it up and train an in-house Technology Transfer Team.REGISTERto access the LSX and theOTTO. For any questions on Bioinnovit's servicescontact us via E-mail.
